HCSS Sales Manager interview questions

Take a simple test => Phone interview => Round of interviews => Interview with VP and CEO. I only made it as far as interviewing with HR manager and another Sales Manager. Funny thing is the HR lady who did the phone interview kept telling me I was going to interview with the VP...so the HR Manager and Sales Manager (interviewed seperately) never introduced themselves as such giving thus giving the impression that they were the VP...I didn't realize who they were until about halfway through the interviews...thats pretty chicken sh*t if you ask me. It seems like they are hiring too many people and I honestly don't think the growth is there...just a bit fishy.
