I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HCSS (Sugar Land, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview process begins with an online math exam which vets critical thinking and the ability to problem solve. If passed, the applicant moves on to a phone interview for the recruiting front lines of the company. Next, face to face interviews. When first coming on site for face to face interviews, a version of the initial math exam is readministered. The actual interviews themselves can vary largely depending on the position being applied for. For support, the interview process begins by interviewing with the managers within the Support/Services department and then transitions to one or more interviews with employees at the executive level. The final interview will be with one of three people: the owner (Mike Rydin), the owner's wife (Sofie Rydin), or the current CEO.
