Initial basic introduction about you and your family. They will Check your interest towards sales. They will ask the whole process of smart achievers program so be prepared with it. Then one simple online test on English which is for a formality. Your communication with HR will decide your offer.

First one is face to face interview with hdfc life hr . he shows how much interested in sales job.second round are psychometric test , communication test and grammar test. And focused on psychometric test please prepare on it . Hr is very supporting and humble .
