HII Administrative Function Support II interview questions

When you get to the interview, they have you check in and wait to speak to the recruiter. The recruiter goes over the benefits package, tells you a bit about the company, gives you interview tips, and answers any questions you may have. After you meet with the recruiter you wait to meet with the hiring manager. My hiring manager was extremely nice. The interview felt more like a conversation vs a traditional Q and A session. Once your interview is over, you should hear back from the company in about 2-3 weeks (I heard back within week 3) If you do get an offer and accept it, you will have to go through a drug screening, physical, and background check before they give you an official start date. I was told that the entire prices may take 5-6 weeks so remain patient!
