It took months for my application to make it to the interview process. The day of the interview, right at the time of the interview, it was cancelled and rescheduled. The actual interview was fine. One person interview and he was very personable and friendly. Had a good conversation

Interview
Recruiter called about a week after application was submitted. Phone interview with hiring manager was scheduled but due to conflicts, it was scheduled two weeks later than the initial one. Was told that phone interviews are conducted for candidates outside driving range and final decisions are made on that only.
