The interview was very straightforward. I had to reach out to HR to schedule one, but it was quick once I contacted them. The interview was short and to the point, they were mostly concerned with things that might not have ended up on the resume,

Very easy simple interview questions you can find on the internet. Everyone is very nice. It was just a phone call and you just talk about your experience and why you applied.

Applied online then they called me for phone interview. I attended total 7 interview with different hiring manager. I think they don't want to hire anyone from out of state. Their job posting says for engineer 1 position engineering degree and 0 experience which is totally wrong. They said their HR suppose to get back to me within two weeks but they did after 3 months with a rejection. HII-NNS was one of my first choice company but I think I am just wasting my time to focus on this company.
