Its an online interview. Before you got an interview process you have to pass your assesment test via Online platform. Its very brainstroming and you need to take a practice first because i did this test and very difficult

Interview

The interview process only took about 15 minutes. At first, the interviewer will ask some basic question and explained this programme in Indonesian. Then the interview process will begin. I only asked about 3 questions.

After applied online and then did online assessment, the next 4 days the HR calls me that I passed to the next phase which phone interview. She calls me again in 3 days to do a phone interview. It takes 30 mins. Unfortunately the next week I received an email tell that I don't make it to the next phase.

Communicative, concise, most parts in Bahasa, some parts in English. All process was almost same like interviewing in other company. Tell the truth and dont add make-up story. If you cant do something, just say you have willingness to learn.
