HR Knowledge interview questions

Applied online, received an email over one month later inviting to have a phone screen. Phone screen went okay. The interviewer was 7 minutes late and did not acknowledge the fact that she was late. We discussed a certain position and I was called 3 days later to have an on-site interview with the VP. I went to the on-site interview, the interviewer was not the VP, and started discussing a completely different position than we had on the phone. Was very thrown off by this. I sent a thank you note regardless and never heard back.
