Interview
Over the phone interview. Lasted about 5 minutes. Seemed as if they needed someone who was a Microsoft Excel Expert. Got an acceptance letter within 2 days of the phone interview. Overall, seemed the whole process was very easy. Interview was also done as a conference call with 2 people.

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth. Everyone was extremely kind and didn't expect you to know much. They were more interested in thought process and fit. Mostly behavioral questions but a few markets ones (Eg. where do you think the equity markets are going?). Overall, interviewers were extremely nice and were willing to help with any difficult questions.
