After submitting the application. An Aptitude Test was conducted. In the aptitude test, there were different kinds of questions, including some multiple choices, short writings and video recording. It takes around an hour to finish the test. If you were selected, you would be invited to an in-person interview.
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
