4 interview phase: two phone/video interviews, one assessment test, and a final in-person interview. The interview was straightforward and took approximately two weeks. In the end, they just ghosted me without telling me the result. I assumed I wasn't selected for this role because they didn't get back, but be more respectful and let the candidate know if they have been selected or not.
