Interview
Consisted of a phone interview plus 2 in person interviews. They say they are willing to train, but they really aren't looking to hire anyone without 5 years experience on the brokerage side plus a built in network of clients. Mostly male dominated office.Seems like sales team and hiring team are looking for very different things and aren't on the same page.
Fluid interview process with realistic expectations, easy access to communicate with hiring team, and motivational moments with goals to succeed in my aspiring role. Target dates and next steps were clearly explained.

Interview
The interview process was less formal than I expected, but I thoroughly enjoyed it as it was more of getting to connect and understand the right personality to fit the job.
