The Interview process started out with a phone interview. Informal but making that initial connection and going over how HUB works and Job description. Then there was a schedule formal interview via Zoom. The hiring manager interviewing me was so welcoming and easy to talk to. She was very thorough and professional. It was very clear on what to expect and conversation went so well I left the interview knowing I had the Job.
