great interview supported by a manager who recommended me to a branch closer to my home. Very encouraging start. My soon to be manager was very friendly and welcoming and asked me questions I wasn't always ready for. She is smart and she kept me on my toes. I'm very happy they liked me!

Interview
I received a message asking for a behavioral phone interview, I completed the behavioral interview and then was called to schedule an in-person interview. After the in-person interview I was asked to complete 2 online assessments. The 1st assessment was based on personality and values and the 2nd assessment was a simulator of a call-center work environment with an emphasis on multi tasking. I was then called with an offer of employment which was followed by an email with a formal letter of offer of employment I was required to sign and return.
