Great interview process but not very transparent on next steps. I thought I had a great interview and that they would get back to me shortly… waited a while and then a default sorry we went with other candidates email. Very frustrating, but overall seem like great people.

Applied online and then was contacted to set up a phone screening. After that was brought in for a in-person interview at their office. Overall communication with HR was great through my in-person interview. However after that I was completely ghosted. Never heard back from any of my emails for follow-up / to check on the status of my candidacy. Was disappointing because if I spend 30 minutes during a phone screening and another hour in-person, I think you can take 30 seconds to send me an email saying that you have moved onto other candidates. Especially after repeated attempts to contact them via email and get further clarification. Overall, the interviews and company seemed great, everyone was very friendly and spoke highly of the organization but ended up having a very sour end to our interaction.
