Dropped cover letters, resume, submitted applications online. Called HR, went in for interview with HR manager first, then second interview with nurse manager, then went for testing at nursing education, went through background check, credit check, license check, etc.
The interview process was quick and straightforward, focusing on resume details. Staff were friendly and welcoming, but communication afterward was lacking, leaving uncertainty about next steps in the overall experience.

Took forever to get an interview and even longer than that to get feedback on the interview. I'm ok with not being hired , but a candidate should be told that weren't selected, especially when it is impossible to reach HR recruiters
