Initial communication was great after getting a email saying they would like to interview me over the phone I got a short 5 minute phone call asking questions like what does customer service mean to you, have you dealt with difficult customers etc. After that I got a email 10 minutes later saying I passed the first stage and was onto the second phase which was a in store road test. Day of the road test I got a call saying there was no one to interview me as the hiring manager was away. I emailed the HR department and they apologized said I would have to wait a couple weeks. Month and half goes by I have to email them myself and then a reschedule of the road test is set. Day before I get a call from the store saying their understaffed and could not interview me the next day. I understood and they said they would get back to me at the end of the week, I call at the end of the week and they say the reason they didn’t call was the manager had some car trouble or something and would call me Monday. Come Tuesday I have to call them and they seem very flustered and just hang up the phone after I explain I was checking in about the interview. I called almost everyday for a week after and each time they don’t even bother answering my calls anymore, I have also emailed the HR department multiple times and they have not bothered answering to my emails. I’m very angry and frustrated with this whole experience and would rather they just grew some balls and told me the position was no longer available instead of feeding me cut rope.
