Very laid back and personable. Halliburton manager wanted to get a feel for you . Included a shop tour and was a comfortable atmosphere. Just be yourself and they will love you, there is no need to be who you are not. They will know.

Interview
Process included a technical phone screen (drilling concepts, tool knowledge), followed by a panel interview with field scenarios and safety questions. Practical problem-solving and teamwork focus. Delays in scheduling, but interviewers were supportive and industry-experienced.

Single on site interview discussing prior oilfield experience. Straightforward process involving a few Halliburton representatives. Callback from Halliburton (Sperry Drilling Services at the time) came the following day with offer.
