Halliburton Graduate Trainee-TCP interview questions

Applied online and went for the aptitude test. The aptitude test was good but absolutely a test of speed and accuracy. After passing the stage, interview was conducted which comprises three stages. The first was a 5 minute presentation which focus on your academic background, work experience, weaknesses and strengths etc. The confidence, composure, content and time management was assessed at that stage. The second was a group work which involves using paperclip to construct towers. The goal of each group was to build the highest tower but the teamwork was the true test. The final stage was a panel interview which would focus mainly on the role and the resume of the candidate.
