Asked questions about your relevant customer service experience and took a test about honesty. About 50 questions long. They make sure your friendly and can hold a conversation. They give you papers on the job and description and ask if you could comply with the responsabilities. Ask you why you want to work here and how well you do in amswering questions. Overall a pretty easy process.
Simple interview, called in and went through usual question procedure, asking about me and what I did before working there and what makes me qualify over someone else to get the job
