Applied the job through an employment website.
After around 1 week, HR called to do a basic check. After that around a week, 2nd call by HR again to check whether am still interested. Lol. Then, proceed with a coding test. After coding test done, got a call from HR again for interview with hiring manager.
Overall the interview session is good. The manager did enlighten me a lot with the knowledge from the field and suggested topic to research more.
However, since then, I was never receive a response anymore. ZERO email to inform whether I’m not shortlist or what.
My suggestion: even HR is dealing with tonnes of works. But the candidates expectations carried the same as per the hiring manager if they want them. If you interested or you proceed with better candidates, just give an email to update with the not shortlisted one. Just prepare an email template and send, simple. Don’t just went MIA without anything.
