Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you did not have a positive interview experience with Hanover last year. Our interview process is rigorous and we are upfront with candidates about the steps and length of time needed to complete the process. Candidates are also informed of the salary ranges for roles during the phone screen. We are as transparent as possible to allow candidates to opt out of the process at any point if they feel the salary, amount of time needed to complete the process or any other factor is outside of their comfort zone. As a small company, we are not able to make offers to every candidate who completes the interview process. We wish we could but our client needs drive our hiring needs and clearly, when you were interviewing our B2B client needs were more pressing.
