The lady HR is too progressive in scheduling interviews . Two rounds of technical ,1 director and finally HR . Technical rounds are 1 hr each. They ask lot of things in detail. Webapi,.Net Core, MVC . If basics are clear one can get through. Next is the director who keeps blabbering about the organisation and too much narrow minded in understanding a candidate. So be careful with director round especially in telling ur current need of changing organisation. The director is too negative to digest a candidate real situation. They just wasted my valuable time of three hours and finally tell we are waiting for budget approval. If you don't have budget why do you schedule interview with candidate giving false hope.They need cheap labour who would be pet to the management and their organisation with meagre salary.
