Online apply (resume and CV)-> Test(like GMAT format) -> 1st interview -> 2nd interview -> physical examination 1st interview was about personality and not much difficult. There are some tests and interview. Both are taken another date. But 2nd interview was very tough than I expected. In 2nd interview, they asked me a lot of technical issues like market theory, brain teasers or something like that. But it's OK if you couldn't answer some questions because attitude is more critical factor, I guess. And competition rate was very high every stage so you better to prepare every interviews.
