Questions on tell me about yourself, experience, education, placed in classroom. After the interview you are placed in a classroom to see see how you engage with the children. They offered me the job the same day
You go through a phone screening first over zoom and if the employer decides to move to the next step, you go in and get to experience the classroom. You are able to see the routine of the classroom and see what the kids say looks like.
