Interview
I was called for an in-person interview. It was more than an hour. I was asked about my experience but I got a feeling of being 'judged' for my life situation i.e. being a mom. Like I wouldn't be able to do the job well because of my other 'responsibilities'. Because the interviewer kept saying that the hours are long and sometimes I might have to work weekends. I reassured them many times that I am used to much worse in startups and I'm ok with it. Anyway, I could tell that they're going to reject me and as predicted, I was ghosted.

Had me design an email flyer came in for an in person interview and never heard back no follow up completely ghosted me. When you have people invest personal time like that, the least you could do is tell them they didn’t get the job.

Interview
One phone interview and one in person interview. Offered me $5 an hour for $40 a week. Very unethical. Based off of the interview they want someone to assist with mundane tasks around the office/fulfillment center.
