I was incvited to a competency based interview. Interview panel could not even read the question or associate them with job description. I was kept waiting at reception for around 35 minutes and after collecting me, I was told that they dont have time to go through all questions! I felt unprofessionalism does not help efficiency of process. Good luck with future guys!
