The interview process is split into two parts: a formal interview in front of your future manager and supervisor along with a computer exam. The formal interview is in front of two to five people, which all take turns asking questions. The questions are typical of others asked during interviews along with your thoughts on working outside in the elements and driving. The computer exam tests one on their skills transposing information from a document into a spreadsheet. The other part of the exam is over creating a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel.

They will contact in a week and set up a written test online about reading and math. After finished the test they will move interview step. Will be interview with HR and the director
