The process was very easy and starightforward. They asked questions about prior experience and what type of work conditions you work well in. They also asked if you had any experience working in customer service.
Phone interview, short face-to-face interview (easy questions), a little paperwork, and drug testing. This all took place on the same day. I originally applied for P/T Cashier, but recruiter referred me for Customer Service Clerk. Interviewed for Customer Service Clerk and was advised that I would start as a cashier in order to become familiar with front-end of store then I would be moved to Customer Service.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Harris Teeter (Charlotte, NC) in May 2022
Interview
Interviewed directly by the customer service manager. I was asked specific questions relevant to the job position I applied for. It wasn't too long, only took about 10 minutes. After the interview the customer service manager told me to check my email for additional details on the job offer i would receive.
