I recently attended an interview process that had three rounds and took almost 2.5 hours.
Round 1 was with the Team Lead where we had a 50-minute discussion.
Round 2 was again with the same Team Lead about sourcing strategies for niche roles combining IT and Non-IT. I also shared four sample resumes along with sourcing strings.
Round 3 was with the Delivery Manager who asked general questions about my career.
The next day, I received a simple rejection message without any feedback.
My small suggestion to companies is that when candidates spend significant time in multiple rounds, providing brief feedback would really help them improve and understand the decision.
