Phone interview & written test/in person. Was reached out by phone interview first, then came in for an in person meet and a written test regarding the position - questions were medical based regarding the department.

It usually has two rounds of interviews. Screen interview to decide final candidates for onsite interview. Candidates usually have a PhD or at least master degree in medical physics and finish medical physics residency and passed board exam.
