It was a terrible experience. They expect you to devote your entire day to them , even after passing 2-3 stages of recruitment. If they think you are not the "right fit" why bother to take up the whole day? Unbelievable expectations and an absolute waste of time. Just an hour long interview in the final round should be suffice to find out the right one !
