Overall mixed experience. The CEO and UX Design team member were very nice and helpful, but I felt like the CEO talked over me too much during the interview, which I found slightly annoying. The customer support manager was also nice and friendly overall. However, I experienced extremely condescending vibes from the product manager-- it appeared that she didn't want to hire me from the start, and when I mentioned that I wasn't in the same sorority as her, she immediately gave me standoffish vibes. Also, when I mentioned that in a few years, I wanted to transition to the business side and learn the ropes of product management, she immediately says" you're here, I'm up here. I just happened to get the position but there's a small chance you would actually get it." How are you going to grow as a company if you can't embrace diversity and stop thinking so highly of yourself? Especially when you pride yourself on contributing to such a noble cause-- bettering the state of healthcare. Avoid this company -- I mean self-serving, greek-life centric club.
