Phone screen with recruiter, could tell they were unorganized. Said a lot of things multiple times or in roundabout ways. I went overtime to describe relevant experience and felt rushed, and unsure if it was absorbed by the recruiter.
Positive experience, nice engineers who were helpful and knowledgeable. The process was quick in terms of receiving the next round of interviews or not. Lots of turnover currently; however, it's difficult to tell the state of the company.

Interview
The interview process seems pretty on-par with a standard approach. Most questions are scenario-based, which makes sense for an HR role. The first two interviews are conducted virtually. Both interviewers seemed to be kind and professional.
