Heartland Food Products Group interview questions

Went through 3 rounds of interviews, was basically told I had the job, and then two weeks later was told they gave the job to someone referred internally. Huge waste of my time

The interview process was quick but I didn't hear back from them for 8 months and they didn't bother telling me that I didn't get selected. The woman who was in charge of campus recruiting was not a clear communicator and was not courteous with her potencial hires.
