It was pretty relaxed for the initial round and there were 4 behavioral questions after I was given more information about the firm. They were very adamant on the fact that I would hear from them whether I was moving on or not....and then 2 months later I got nothing.

5 rounds. Recruiter call, writing test, HR call, interview with someone at the firm, interview with partner in charge of interviewing office. Over a month and took a week to hear back after final interview.

I have been selected for a first screening interview to investigate my motivation and background. It was a typical HR recruiting interview. I pitched myself, answered some questions, and finally had the opportunity to ask some.
