Heli-One interview questions

Typical interview process , phone interview first and if selected, then in person interview. they will fly you out for an interview if position is senior level. includes HR and hiring manager usually one hour. Medical completed if you are continuing in the process.

I applied online with an employee referral. From first interview to offer, it took 6 weeks. I interviewed with the recruiter, hiring manager and president. It was extremely easy. The questions were basic, no presentation required. I was able to negotiate my contract to work from home and my salary. I highly recommend negotiating salary as high as you can because you won't be getting a raise for years.
