It was a fairly easy interview. Interview was one round and then was offered the job a few days later. Along with a job shadow. The whole process was very quick.

They will bring you in for one or two interviews. Make sure you're humble and hungry. These are the two values they hire with. You can guarantee yourself a job if you're presentable, don't have cookie-cutter responses, and are personable.
