The interviews were professionally conducted with a standard and organized approach. Special recognition to the Hellofresh Talent Acquisition team for their exceptional and well coordinated efforts, making the experience awesome.

The whole process took me approximatley 4 weeks. There were 3 rounds that I will explain in details: I had my first interview with an HR requriter called Christina. She was my main contact person who enabled a professional and seamless process from the beginning until the end. In our first interview, the focus was on my skills and previous experience to check whether there is a match between me, the role and also the company. After that, I was invited to present a case study and solve an online SQL coding challegne. The next step was with a director and a Senior member of the team. The second round took about 1,5 hours and provided enough time for both sides to ask and answer questions. The last round was with two excuctives and also included business related questions and provided a chance talk more about the role and about my experience. In general, during the whole process I had the feeling that I was dealing with professional persons. Moreover, the discussion rounds in the second and third round were challenging but at the same time very interessting.
