HelloFresh Recipe Editor interview questions

I've actually interviewed for this job twice; the first time, I was advanced through all four rounds, and they picked the other candidate at the last minute. This was fine, but the process took months and the communication was poor throughout the process. The second time, I completed the first interview and the recruiter prepared me for moving on to the second round. I then got a robo-email letting me know I wouldn't be advancing after all, and although HelloFresh sent me several emails asking for feedback on their interview process, I never got any feedback on my interview performance and why they decided to not move forward with me after all. I sent a polite and concise email to the recruiter, and then a follow-up, and never got a response. In both cases, it was a huge amount of wasted time and effort (especially since the edit test is pretty hefty) just to not even get any critique or feedback.
