The duration from application to first contact took about 2 months, but after that communication and interview scheduling with HR was rather fast (though interview date was postponed by HR twice). Upon email contact, the first interview was a screening call with a current team lead that might potentially be the one you will support. No functional questions, only background check. The last step of the process was an on-site interview with the team lead of the department you will join. This included general CV questions, questions on your motivation for applying to this particular role as well as a market sizing question. Oral offer was made directly after the interview, start date could have been within 3 days.
