I found the interview process to be disappointing and unprofessional. Despite traveling to the office for an in-person interview, the discussion felt one-sided, as the interviewers appeared more interested in having their own perspectives echoed rather than engaging with new ideas. After a lengthy interview, I was informed that the position had been filled internally, which, based on the tone of the conversation, seemed evident from the outset.
