Submitted an application and put down a friend of mine as a employee reference. The very next day I got a call from the manager and showed up for my interview the next day. Got the job instantly. Basically handed the job instantly when I told the manager that I was a Marine Corps Reservist.

Went into the store to get a paper application. Got a call a week later to come in, came in and sat down. Got asked basic questions "Why do you want to work with us?" "weaknesses and strengths?" ect.
