Interviewed by Sales Manager who was new to the company but was aware of my daily role in my warehouse/yard position. Informal setting, but no advance notice of time of interview...just when he had time "that day". Immediately felt like it was a cursory thing they "had" to do because it was an internal application, when in fact I was extremely well qualified for the position.

Interview
I was called for a one on one personal Interview. I was then given a drug test and back round check was submitted. After all the testing and interviews were done with several managers, I was called in a few day later on a follow up interview. I was offered the position, but I respectfully declined.
