Interview
This interview is around 20 minutes which is far less time than I expected. It seems very relaxed and happy during the interview with HR. She asked me 2 questions. One is what makes you choose your major and study in America. The other one is why do you apply this job. Then I asked her 2 questions. That's all. After this interview, I never receive any email. 4 days later I emailed HR and asked her what't the next step looks like. She did not reply.

It was so awful. Do not work here. They interview so many people at one time. Do not do it. They are so unorganized and take forever to get back to you.

Interview
I applied online and was quickly put in touch with a recruiter. I scheduled an interview within a week of first contact. The interview was a group interview and was very high energy and positive. Previous experience helped land me the job.
