I interviewed with Hertz a few years ago. It was a standard interview process. I believe I spoke with someone over the phone first and then had an in-person interview with the area manager and branch manager. They asked your standard questions and described what the role was like and what I would be doing.

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .

HR will call and set up an interview with the main office in the area. You'll set down with a Branch Manager and they'll interview you for about 30 Mins.

You interview after completing their online application process. Easy interview with the area manager. Basic interview questions. Simply be confident and demonstrate common knowledge of customer service. Please dress appropriately.
