You will speak with a recruiter for every position big or small. After 1-2 of phone interviews you will be invited to the location to interview with an LM3. Once you pass them you speak with the Director of that workgroup.

The interview was based on how well you manage risk and your decision quality. They throw situations at you to see how you would handle them. Also they want to see how well you work with a team driven by metrics.
