I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Hertz (Oklahoma City, OK) in Feb 2014
Interview
Took 4 months and was tedious, as Hertz never had an answer for any of the time frame that it would take to be able to start working. After months of calling daily i had to just sit back and wait for their response as it took entirely too long to be able to get an interview and then to start the position
It was pretty simple. The first interview was a phone interview with a lower level HR person basically just to go over salary and stuff to make sure you're okay with what they're offering, then in-person interview with the area manager, then HR again. Then a drug test.

Question 1
Give me an example of time that you've solved a very difficult situation. What was the issue? What did you do? What was the outcome? Would you have done anything differently?
The interview process was intense. They are looking for individuals that want to lead a team and help to achieve the companies goals. Hertz seeks for the best of the best. You have to be confident. Show your strengths and be accountable for your weaknesses.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hertz (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2021
Interview
Very long interview process. Multiple interviews. Very professional and done in a specific order. Followed definite interview playbook. Had to wait a long time for a manager to acknowledge I was there.
