Highberg interview questions

Really nice, open conversation, interest in both professional and personal story of my as candidate, extremely pleasant experience with a positive outcome. There were three rounds, with the HR advisor, and then two different rounds with the managing partner and then with other two partners. `For consultants there is also a final round with a presentation.

First had an interview with the People Director, then with two other HR Business Partners. Nice experience with both, the second interview went a bit more in depth on my HR experience and how I tackle certain challenges.
