Screening call and face to face although I didn't get to these stages, with no doubt some task to follow if I had gone forward. All in all the application process was a waste of time, as they even had me do an intro video. The feedback for not going forward was for a lack of Public projects experience. So a complete waste of time if that is the main selection criteria.

I was headhunted and asked if I would be interested, and went through two informal conversations. Second time around the conversation appeared to be more personal than actually asking what the challenge is other than asking we just looking for someone to help us expand.... as any good and experienced consultant would say someone needs to understand the current environment, capabilities than just saying this is the theory and steps and this is how you expand and bring in best practices that would be suitable.

My interview lasted approximately 20 mins - my interviewers seemed to be really not interested and trying to get through with the interview as soon as possible. There was also a mix up with the date and the time, as they have sent me the wrong invite.

Pure competency based on "Tell us a time when" - Interviewers were both new to the company and I got the feeling they didn't really know what they were looking for. It was very repetitive. They stated they were looking for demonstration of using User-Centric Design, which is very specific for a consultancy and for a Product Owner role. But the feedback also got my name wrong, so the feedback could be boiler plate for all roles - but worth looking into if you interview there. Didn't get a sense of the company culture in the interview which is a red flag.
